Is this a good investment ?

If you know someone that want to invest in something that now have no competition, unique and that will expand all over South Africa in no time, the moment is now.
The hotels are going to be fully book al the time, the investors are going to be very famous as not only for helping couples get together in an amazing bedrooms just go to http://www.marivent.com.uy/ or http://www.septimocielo.com.uy/
to see the amazing bedrooms that anyone will find in this "Couples Hotels" no boring rooms as you can see on the "Trivago" ad, some women will just go out with some guys just because they took them to that hotel.
Not only that I want to go the extra mile, offering protection free for him and her in the bedrooms, then have offer to drive them in the own vehicle home if they don't feel right.
I'm a certify First aider and can speak English, Spanish, Italian and I understand Portuguese so it won't be any problem of communication with the tourist. Or if someone don't feel well I will know what to do.

In a few words the impact in South Africa of these hotels will be huge, the investor once the hotels are build in JHB, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town he can just retire he will never find an investment that will go for ever and expanding every year, the sky is the limit.

Aah,thanks for the clarification, suppose a 3hour relationship with exchange of money instead of a diamond ring would qualify
 
Apparently he wants a safe place for his sons to enjoy their girlfriends of the moment. His wife did not want to help him get the business started. I wonder why though?
