Is this a motherboard problem?

My PC was running normal till last night when after an hour or so
I get back to my pc and it's on but my monitor wasn't getting a signal
my keyboard wasn't being picked up and when I reset it, the pc went on
but nothing else happened. Those 2 lights in the front stayed on but then
the red light went off and the green stayed on.

The PC goes on but nothing else happens, is there a way to remedy this
without having to send it away?

Try another PSU.

You have to open it and reseat the RAM, CPU and all cards. Are there no beeps when the machine boots????

No beeps when it boots

Did it used to beep before? Maybe your speaker is unplugged. Open it and reseat the cards, it is the first step to troubleshooting....

I don't recall it beeping, i have reseated them but still nothing, it's still under warranty so
I'm just gonna take it to the store and let them have a look at it.

I reckon it's your PSU. Had the same symptoms before. The guys at the shop are going to try and sell you a new pc.
