Yup, it's the new Xbox 360 S model:

Halo: Reach 250GB Xbox 360 console bundle arrives in SA

It's actually a fairly good deal considering the second controller and the game would cost you around R1000 if you bought them separately, meaning the console only sets you back R2900 vs. the R3200 you'd pay for it standalone.
