Sorry for the newbe questions.
Finally got to order ADSL after the other telkom department could install my new line
Ordered Tuesday
Today a lady from "Telkoms Pretoria ADSL Control Centre" phoned to "check all the details" ( Im in JHB )
She also gave me a pretoria 012 number to phone if I got any problems
Is this normal ? Why from Pretoria ?
Could this mean they are close to installing ?
