Is this possible.

What do you mean? We bought it second hand last year.

Its in the OP as 250 000KM
You bought a Citroen? (Well any of the three is a bad idea, especially an old one). A second-hand one is an even worse idea. One with obviously no reliable service history, even worse. I hope you had the vehicle taken for its roadworthy test.

I've got over 200'000km on my 2005 Merc so it's more than possible, and not uncommon.

OP is very weird... what's wrong with you rickster?

You'd be shocked if you knew.

Dad: Here son, I got you this Citroen as your first car
Me: A Citroen? WTF NO. I reject this as my first car. I want a better car!
Dad:...
Dad: PK

I did want a nice BMW E30, but apparently they jack them in JHB like its made out of gold.

This thread is a bit weird - seems like OP was oblivious to reading for however long he has had the car and then suddenly woke up this morning and saw it for the first time....

As i linked to another thread, Roux has a 2001 Open that just reached 200 000KM, so thats why i got worried.

Also the OP was more about the service indicator that is just accumulating very very fast.

Got a 2000 Megan that's at about 267k km and a 2010 BMW E92 at 178k km so yes its possible :)

You should have said no more sternly.

It mostly gets used in town, so we average about 15,000km a year. There are people that drive way more that we do. My other car does about 6000km a year.
