I work for a WASP and can confirm that the WASP, Opera Telecom SA (Pty) Ltd (Telephone: 011 482 7272) is not allowed to bill you if a million people clicked on the link you posted.

WAP billing is only allowed with MSISDN forwarding. In other words, if I used the URL on my phone via WAP, my MSISDN (cell number) would be passed on to them and I would in turn be billed. Hitting in a browser cannot forward a MSISDN and WAP billing cannot initiate.

If you are billed, and do check your balance, immediately report it to WASPA.org.za and demand proof of opt in and WAP logs.

Shot for the info, it looks like wap.mobi365.net up to their tricks again, there's been complaints about them on this forum before I see and aren't on the WASPA list of affiliates unfortunately.
