IS Uncapped Express Accounts

I wonder why you can't check the bandwidth?

I hope it is nothing like the old Openweb uncapped special that I used to have. (c 2007) When I checked the bandwidth usage I discovered I was "sharing" the uncapped account with another Openweb client. I got moved over to another account and the problem did not reoccur. The special ended a few months later.

Maybe Openweb don't want you to look too closely. ;)

it could be. But I'm not complaining since it is running at full speed for me.

On what grounds? Did you sign a long term contract or are you simply month to month like most users. I'm sure they are under no legal obligation to renew your service.

Take the IS case to the ASA, and ask for definition of "uncapped" then we're talkin :D

Well, this is the first I have heard of it. Heard nothing through the official channels.

Local bandwidth is supposed to be uncapped.

What that means to ICASA is that "it cannot be capped" as in, you get 10GB free, afterwhich you may not be capped, but still have to pay R15 per GB.

Easy- uncapped at R15/GB=bend over:mad:

I can't check my usage either (Axxess Uncapped)

EDIT:: Using the link above. I think I can on the Axxess CP. I would check if it really mattered.

I'm on Axxess Uncapped Express+ 384k and can check my stats on http://users.isdsl.net/. The stats they have are slightly different from the ones on the Axxess control panel (about 4GB difference).

Just logged in with the same username and password I put into the pppoe settings for my router, eg. xxxxx@axxess-express

Thinking about it, it may be as simple as that I haven’t allowed cookies for that site.
