Is vodacom blocking Lightstream?

Is vodacom blocking the http://www.lightstreamer.com servers? If so please indicate because it means I can't do my work. Lightstream works on ADSL but for some reason not on my Vodacom connection. Lightstreamer pushes content using Ajax.
Please advise.

What symptoms do you see?

I see the site fine in Cape Town on the internet apn.

http://www.igmarkets.co.uk uses a Lightstreamer AJAX server but their web app doesn't work on Vodacom it only works on ADSL. The front page you get is streaming the real-time data fine, but when I log in I get no streams. The application did though work on Friday last week, but since monday nothing.

I am on Firefox latest edition.
