Is vodacom.co.za zero rated when using a Vodacom SIM?

I guess so. I can browse the Vodacom website with a SIM that has zero airtime.
 
Correct, but be careful, as website contains redirections, it will go OOB.

Robots will ask me for a proof, so here an example: shop location/directions will redirect you to the external maps service like Google Maps.
