Is Vodacoms BIS down AGAIN?!?!

I'm so sick of this ridiculous company. Every freaking day, its a new problem.

I'd like to know if any1 else is also having problems with their BIS? No msg's being sent or received(had to call my gf and use money for once:wtf:)

Does any1 think this is a ploy being used to force us to make calls or send sms's(i kid, please lets not jump in conspiracy theories)

I reside in the Centurion area, so it it just my side or nation wide?

Ok, mines down too (BBM), but I'm browsing fine. Now I'm worried, will all this data get charged out of my BIS, or shouldn't I be worried?
 
Wait, I dont know if only BBM is down or BIS cause my girl just emailed me and it came through straight away. I blame the lil kids sending ridiculous videos and killing the BBM servers!:mad: To be honest, I don't know how the servers are set.

Yip, my emails are all coming through too. Maybe its just BBM?
 
I wonder if MTN users also have to go through this constant torture (apologies for the drama, studying is getting to me)
Could be a sign to get off my phone and study:confused:

Any smug MTN users out there?
 
Most of the time I get fed-up with the Blackberry service for Vodacom customers. Like you say, MTN and even Cell C customer's get full 3G signal all over! And they hardly have outages. I constantly get GPRS (home and work) and half the time I get an X where the signal should be. Or today it was GSM. It's sickening!

Ohhhhhhh so it is a BBM issue. As much as I love this phone and the emails, I SWEAR each time I walk pass a cell outlet, Android calls my name so seductively. I will miss the data goodness and PING!!!
6 months and my BB will RIP.
 
I'm using Vodacom with a Bold 9000 and my browsing is ok as well as my BBM because my messages are sending but I can see it's not getting delivered. I also know of people using MTN and they also having trouble with BBM too. Maybe RIM is having treouble maintaining their servers seeing that they having some financial trouble. :eek:
 
On MTN - BBMs being received by others on Vodacom but don't show as delivered :confused:

Same issue as Saturday :mad:
 
CPT. down too. still receiving BBM's... although not getting delivered/read status... so don't know if people are getting mine (on vodacom BB prepaid)
