Is Vodacoms BIS down AGAIN?!?!

OK, Vodacom,lucky for you it seems to be RIM this time.
I'm frustrated, spent 20 minutes on hold on 155 earlier (terrible options - should have an option to get to speak to real person without having to go 4 levels deep in menu), gave up..
Twitter was easiest way to get info. Hectic tweets about Vodacom though.
Oh how the mighty have fallen.....
Not nice situation to be in for a corporate. You have a lot of work to do to regain trust and loyalty.

In Polokwane, no BIS for at least 50% of the day on VC since last week and if it does work, takes approximately 30 mins to open a 2mb email attachment.

Please update us Vodacom when you have more info on yesterday's outage......

BBM working on MTN yesterday and today, no issues.

I got about 20 today! How will a random bunch of numbers speed up/activate your bb?

I installed BBM 6 today, so far so good. No issues at all. Hoping it stays that way.

Any1 else updated their BBM?

I haven't been able to do anything on my BB for 3 days now. It won't sms, send or receive email, load facebook or twitter and BBM does not get or send messages. I am sick and tired of it.
