If you buy a vodafone live package is gprs and edge free? If it is free what are the limits?

While you browse the vodafone Live Portal, you don't pay for any data. This is on any bearer, from GPRS to HSDPA.

When you download any content, you pay for the content. If you break out of the portal and browse the internet, normal data rates apply.

Can u browse via a PC using VLIVE APN and then browse a VLIVE PC formatted website?

Can't see why not, you'll pay the same as using the internet apn.

You mean accessing VLive as a desktop portal? Can't get a clear answer on this but makes logical sense to be able to do this. But then "logical marketing" sometimes seems to be an oxymoron.
