Close your eyes and lift one foot off the ground. The longer you can stand on one leg without falling, the better your brain is functioning.

"It requires balance, which is integrated in the brain, and cerebellar function, which tells you where your limbs are in space," says Dr Michael Roizen, co-author of You: The Owner's Manual.
He recommends exercising dormant parts of your brain.
For the record, when standing one legged with eyes closed
28 seconds is good for men ages 20 to 30;
23 seconds for ages 31 to 40 and
15 seconds for ages 41 to 60.

Pretty interesting :)

Isn't this one of those chain emails which tell you todo stupid things and at the end call you an idiot and tells you to get back to work.

34 seconds but I was wobbling about like a twin tower made outta jelly!
