Has anyone seen this yet and checked if their serial number is eligible?

iSight Replacement Programme

I just entered both our 6 Plus serial numbers and both said: "The serial number you entered is eligible for this program. Please choose one of the service options below."

Just wondering if anyone is and where do you go to get it replaced or what the procedure is?

Also checked mine, and was eligible, but the camera is not faulty (not producing blurry photos), thus you cannot have it replaced.

I'm just wondering if there are adequate staff in SA to replace an iSight camera?? Wondering if they'll just give you a new one.

They state the effected ones have a component that "may" fail. So it doesn't have to already be producing blurry photos. I am more concerned about down the line if something happens.

My phone qualifies for the replacement. However I don't have a problem now with blurry images. I am more worried about the said component breaking down the line.

That's what I am also worried about! I want it fixed before it becomes a problem

Mine started taking blurry photos today. Will phone incredible connection tomorrow and see what they say

Turns out it was a vodacom warrantee dropped it off at vodaworld in midrand on 9 sept (7-14 days to "fix")

16 Sept - Day 7:
Hours now feel like days... went for a 5km run but couldn't track my steps or GPS telemetry... woke up in cold sweat because i thought i heard siri's voice... Vodacom have no sympathy for me and insist on the 7-14 days...
