terrorism is the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims. The USA government invaded Iraq illegally and installed its own form of democracy. Many innocent lives were lost and continue to be lost. Thus the government fits the definition of what terrorism is.

Moreover the USA funds the Saudi Arabian government, which is known to support ISIS, a terrorist organisation, thus making it at the very least a supporter of terrorism.

Arguing about what is lawful and unlawful is meaningless without the authority or power to implement that laws. At the end of the day might makes right and the winners decide what's wrong and right that's the problem with governments in general and the reason why we don't need them.

When Germany was the main instigator of the war, why didn't the USA bomb a German city with a nuclear weapon?

I've already commented on that poll actually.

I think going forward every crime that is commited we should ask for the person's religion, whether they practice one or not.
