ISOC-ZA tackles poor Internet Access

First time I ever heard of these dudes.

Checked their website. Reminds me of a few societies I joined at Uni. Electing officials, taking minutes, composing mandates, sending out self-important press releases on how we intend to change the world. Then all getting pissed around the bar, and doing naf-all until the next meeting.

But, of course, I could be wrong.
