MansoN yip - I'm only talking about the p2p aspect - other speeds were fine, but I dont need http/ftp speeds unfortunately.
According to Axxess themselves, and as franco posted somewhere on forum, they ARE
getting throttled on p2p protocols. Apparently some folks are lucky and getting full
speeds, but not everyone.. and this seems to be across all Saix resold b/w. Again,
for some reason its luck of the draw as to who gets the 1 -3KB download speeds.
You've prob said elsewhere but which p2p aps are you using? With torrents I know that a decent source, like the private sites and trackers, can make all the difference between high speeds (40+kbs) and real crawlers.

Using ABC v.2.6.9 and DC++ v. 0.674
Tried using edonkey2000, but that just sits and doesnt even connect.
(I have noticed that, using a certain p2p app I seemed to get decent speeds - but I don't want networks filled with mostly 2 minute pron clips..)

re isoftnet - they did kindly let me try them out for a day, in hopes that p2p would work better with them than Axxess - but it didnt, so grrrr - dialup speeds R us..
I am with axxess and no problems with P2P whatsoever ... well I download mostly rare stuff so I can't expect somthing with 10 sources (on eMule) to be flying 24x7, but sometimes it does fly ... and if I queue some music it maxes out the pipe almost immediately ... so no problems with P2P so far

The problem is with the really good torrent sites you have to keep a decent upload/download ratio. I use the last day of the month to upload as much as I can from whats left over from my cap in order to improve my ratio.
