Im looking for a cheap but stable ADSL ISP. People say that if you go with cheap ISP's like Screamer then it will not be stable, is this true? If so Which would you recommend?

Very. It's also unshaped if you have your line with them.

Some people however don't like the Terms & Conditions though which has never affected anyone though.
