ISP recommendation/experience for Bloemfontein

Good day to everyone. I am looking to get a fibre package in Bloemfontein (Fichardt Park area) which appears to be on the Frogfoot network. I would appreciate feedback from others and their experience with the ISPs available.

Looking at the posted threads and others, it seems Cool Ideas has good feedback for the most part, but they seem to have mostly 1 star ratings for service over the last 2 or so months. I would appreciate any and all feedback on the following ISPs.

1. Cool Ideas
2. Vox
3. Home-Connect
4. Vodacom

We may not be on your list of ISPs, but we've been around longer than most of them and we're actually quite good at what we do.

I'm from Bloem and I'm with Cool Ideas via Openserve fibre for the past 10 months and don't have a single negative thing to say about them. There are a few other users here on MyBB on Frogfoot thats also with them (@Praeses). Feel free to check out the "Bloemfontein FTTH Thread" here on MyBB for us Bloem people to discuss all things fibre related
