Go to www.crystalweb.co.za, click on Internet, Free Trial and sign up, or PM me and I'll send you the details of my trial account if you're not up to that. Either way, we need to elimanate the ISP.

So stats are right, but speed test not so. So have you tried another isp ie a test account then running another speed test and see what you get? Also when are you running this test? Early morning, during the day or evenings?stats are right but when you do a speedtest

Seems super dodgy considering you have all the credit cards on the home page (GIVE ME MONEY) and the website looks like it was setup by a 17 year old but I will hold my judgement until someone some one can verify if you are legit.
