What is your experience with Supersonic vs Websquad on Vumatel fibre?

Moved to Websquad 12 months ago and not sure if it is just my perception but often we see some slower than expected connections with Netflix.

Have you logged a ticket so @websquadza can investigate? They are normally on the ball...
What kind of 'speed' are you expecting with netflix? I can get multiple 4k streams (I have only tested 3) running on my 100mbit Octotel without a hitch.

Remember to list FNO and area, as they are often the source of trouble.

Wilropark, Roodepoort. Seems that we are being throttled on uncapped, never used to take this long to open Netflix

Definitely no throttling happening. Have you run speedtests and MTRs to check for any issues? Or tried another streaming device (like a pc or phone)? Sounds more like a line issue or local issue. As I said, pop a ticket to support and ask them to assist - we'll be happy to get it resolved.

Websquads support is leaps ahead of any of the other ISP's i've been through, cant begin to recommend them enough

Only Netflix slow buffering I’ve ever experienced is when trying to stream US Netflix. Important to note that this was with multiple ISPs. Websquad really is in a different league to everyone else
