I figured we needed a ISP Specials Thread.
Basically we post the specials that ISPs offer in this thread.

I noticed these specials:

Frogfoot double speed promotion still applies in all areas that the promo was initially supported.

The Double speed promo applies to new installs an activations only and not regrades.

Afrihost is still allowing those double speeds so if anyone do signup for say a 10Mbps they will pay for the 10Mbps. It will show 10Mbps in clientzone but they will get 20Mbps as the promo is applied by FrogFoot on their side.

Telkom has the January Big deal for R399 on a 10mb up and 10mb down, but it's unclear if they will fup the customer

So I have been digging around the Telkom website:
There's the January Big deal for R399 on 12 month contract, no mention of fup or threshold. However the higher speeds indicate throttling between 18h00 and 23h00. The product is called home unlimited. Speed is 10 up and 10 down.

The other deal is home unlimited uncapped at R399 no fup applied. 10up and 5 down.

Spoke to the sales guy to find out if there's really no fup applied. Will see what he says.

Yes most if not all of Telkom packages are openserve as far as I know.

Oops sorry I see they offer vuma, frogfoot linkafrica.

The deals I have checked out are openserve as far as I am aware
