Does anyone know of an ISP that supports EFT or advance payment using direct deposit & has a capped account of +-50GB? Having a hard time finding one other than Telkom, which I'm migrating away from due to the recent internet instability I've been experiencing.

I don't want to add another debit order if I can avoid it.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Why don't you just use your debit or credit card?

What exact "instability" did you experience? We haven't had any issues recently (besides a power failure during a UPS upgrade in our Gauteng site that resulted in slow internet for about one hour 2 weeks ago).

Are you sure it wasn't line/dslam-related (which would have affected you the same way regardless of ISP)?

Axxess? I pay via scheduled payment, not debit order.

Thanks :) :)

You're right I think, there’s something else wrong. I get above 200ms ping, sometimes 400ms+ when connecting to local servers on speed test with both ISPs (Axxess & Telkom). It consistently returns to the normal +- 40ms in early hours of the morning. Speed was about 0.6mbps average at its worst, but is currently 1.5mbps average, which is still a little slower than I used to get.

Hi SurfingPanda, with MWEB, all new accounts require a minimum of 3 consecutive Debit order payments. Thereafter, you can opt for EFT or cash deposit. Please feel free to PM me your contact number if you'd like me to organise a Sales callback to chat about signing up.
