ISP wit Two POPs

My ISP is connection.co.za and they allow two simultaneous POPs one one account. I have a 4 Mb account and use it on two 2 Mb ADSL routers.

I believe connection.co.za is transferring their customers to MWeb, and I would like a different service provider.

Do any of you smart people know of an alternative service provider that will allow two POPs on one account?

You mean concurrent connections? Do you currently have an uncapped or capped ADSL account?
