ISPA asks ICASA for clarity

Asking ICASA for clarity is much like asking Julius Malema to explain Quantum physics - you will get an answer but no-one will understand it (least of all Julius)................

There is one thing that Altech proved prior to its fall from grace [the MTN & CC issue], and that is that legal action can defeat the tyrannous scourge of Stalin-Mafole & Poison Ivy & Paris Mashile & other plants.

The point being that !CASA can try to impose outrageous licence fees in an attempt to delay progress and keep Mismanaged Telecoms Liberalisations alive, but !CASA will find itself dragged all the way to the Constitutional Court with questions raised about !CASA's leadership failing to fulfil !CASA's constitutionally enshrined mandate.

What? The ISPA is doing something? This is a good Sunday!

Now, I've read the article 3 times, and I cannot quite determine what exactly all the waffling has to do with a question regarding clarity of something ... (See, even I can not actually ask a question but still look like I am asking something)

Well to be completely honest I hope that this is indeed the case and that they are taken to book for their uselessness.

ICASA will need money for legal battles and it has to come from were ever they can get it

There should be a Mandamus Order against Paris Mashile and Poison Ivy - maybe it will speed their retirement, but ANC policy is clearly to keep Mismanaged Telecoms Liberalisation alive for as long as possible - there can be no other explanation for the hike in licence fees, so whoever the ANC chooses to replace Poison Ivy and Paris Mashile, will no doubt be just as braindead as their predecessors are - I would not be surprised if Julius Mampoer is chosen as the new MoC and would be in keeping with Poison Ivy's 'look like me' statements.
