kiddin' :D :D :D :D

Now if only ISPs were allowed to put their own equipment into Telkom's exchanges and completely bypass Telkom's network.

LOL!

Topic should read "ISPA REopens Cape Town Internet Exchange". CINX was already opened a million years ago, but was decided to close it down.

Now what? after 8 or so years, they go back into the future?

not sure what your point is (or maybe there isn't one).

CINX closed when there weren't enough members to support it i.e. there wasn't enough of a need for it to exist. that need now exists, and CINX has re-opened
