Hi all,

I made the unfortunate mistake of having an Openserve Fibre line installed by one of the big players that shall remain nameless. After almost having a stroke due to their complete and utter incompetence I turned to Garth from ISPAfrika.

Garth answered all my questions at lightning speed and I eventually placed an order with him on Friday at about 6pm. Two hours later he had already processed my application with Openserve, and they were phoning me by Sunday!

If you want real service with a personal touch then I highly recommend contacting Garth from ISPAfrika. The personal service I received from him is truly a breath of fresh air after being treated like a number by my previous ISP.

Thanks again Garth - your excellent service is much appreciated :)

I'll happily second this. An absolute pleasure dealing with them.

Hey guys, so I've been to their website and looked through their AUP and T&C's documents. I did a quick skim read but some things are not clear.

Is their R499 10mbps uncapped offering unshaped for gaming (it seems so according to this excerpt):
ISPAfrika currently prioritizes Web, Email, Gaming, VoIP and Streaming Traffic for our customers. All other
classification of traffic will be not be prioritized.

How is their latency to Europe? What route do they take to get there?
(Specifically for FPS games such as RB6 Siege if anyone knows...)

At what point does throttling kick in on this package?

Do they have a news server or do they piggy back off another ISP's server?
