SoftCap is not shaped during the day whereas Home Uncapped is.

It doesn’t take a genius to see that Telkom want to discourage the use of their uncapped packages.

I can live with a speed reduction from TI Uncapped during the day, but 5kb/s is silly. I can also live with downloading overnight, but turning online gaming off untill 11:40PM is also anal.
