Thats been my argument against you all this time marine1, no-one wins when everyone dies. Israel know the only way to get anywhere is pressure. Iran most probably learnt from Israel that best way to defend yourself is to have nuclear ability. For my money Israel must believe Iran already have these weapons.

No one really knows, considering the US has actually used and come close using nukes again one would think they would not be telling the rest of the world who can and cannot have nukes.
You see the trick is to ensure your enemy are not as powerful as you are so when you can threaten them or eventually crush them with a superior weapon. Why do you think they were so nice to qaddafi and got him to disarm because they could not remove him if he had nukes. If anything if i was iran i would be building nukes and so should many other countries because it is about the only way to keep an attack at bay.
How is iran provoking israel marine, do you have proof of anything or is it just the crap you get spoon fed via cnn?

Reading up on Iran-Israel relations a bit now, I'm largely clueless.
That being said, there's a perfectly reasonable perspective that views many of the US's excursions as illegal and inflamatory. Why should they get nukes then by this logic?

Yes, I would like Irans nuclear ambitions hampered, I would also like Hezbollah to suffer a big defeat to limit their power in Lebanon, and most of all, I would also like the Zionists to take many racist casualties and take big losses, much worse than the hiding they took in 2006.
I want all round casualties actually. Hopefully, during this whole affair, Hamas can regain some of the stolen Palestinian territory and send those settlers running back to their zionist handlers in the Knesset.
That would be ideal, as callous as it may seem, the Zionists are not known for much compassion either.

Iran may have a nuclear weapons program, but they almost certainly don't have the capability to actually use nuclear weapons (missiles or bombs) yet. In contrast, Israel has had nuclear capabilities since the 60s at least, so this attack - should it happen - will not be MAD, just a pre-emptive strike to delay or (hopefully) completely deter Iran from pursuing nuclear options.
The attack on the reactor will be achieved with conventional weapons - but should any hostile countries around Israel decide to make a move following this strike, they may very well find themselves on the receiving end of an Israeli nuclear barrage. That is something none of them can afford.

Awesome military action, was a great movie
It's very interesting.
I don't recall the book covering Entebe but it's a brilliant read. I do recall the wiping out of the nuclear power plant though. The Israelis sold all the stuff to the guys via the french and then bombed the schite out of it, probably made a big profit in the process
