I think Israel will be even less tolerant of Hamas. The West Bank might be better off, but I think Gaza is in for a bumpy ride.
If Netanyahu gets up to his usual antics he'll play right into the hands of extremists in both Palestinian regions. It will be extremists all round.

Well maybe its a good thing, they would alienate even the US with ethnic cleansing on their own non jewish populous.
