A few days back I posted on how i was charged for being offline even after requesting a sim swap in November. Then i recently got debited R2k.

I was adviced on the post to chat to the Rain Representative on My Broadband and i did so. He assisted me so efficiently and was very understanding.

Thank you so much. My issue has been resolved. Got the sim swap and so much more.
 
Another tip of the day:

Don't assume the gender of the Rain reps.

Your connection might mysteriously get cut.
