Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone is having issues with Bronberg Connect lately? I've been using their wireless uncapped service for some time. Last year I moved to Magalieskruin and asked them to relocate my antenna. I had to pay the relocation fee which I did, but I had constant issues with my connection. After about a month and opening ticket after ticket they send out a team and the solution according to them was that I had to connect to another high site and of course pay for relocation again, which I did. But the problem persisted and now after another few months of struggling I decided to ditch the wireless and get fibre. Openserve installed the line in less than 48 hours. And then started the wait. Eventually I was connected to Bronberg but they put me on 20mbps and I requested 40mbps. They used my old modem and reconfigured it from their IT support, but I still got a bill for the full installation and activation as if I got a new modem. I can't get Bronberg to upgrade my fibre line as requested though. Openserve did the upgrade the following day and they say the problem is with the ISP. If I open a ticket at Bronberg, they close it the same day with a note "resolved". I phoned 7 times this week already and all answer I get is "it will be done by close of business today" and then they close my ticket online. Any suggestions? Anyone with a similar experience or is it because I keep on asking that they don't want to help me?
