IT and Communications Policies

Hi All,

I have been tasked with creating an IT and a Communications policy for our group of companies. I see that TechRepublic has some nice templates but you need to have a subscription. The final versions will be signed off by our legal team but I need to draft something first. I would appreciate any templates or live versions? Also, is it best to keep it as one policy and a end user agreement or separate all the policies?
