My dad grew up in Carnarvon and is now buried there. We used to often visit my gran there. It is about 200 km or so from Victoria West where I grew up. I can confirm that it is EXTREMLY quiet there. Nothing happens there with nothing to do but to go for walks etc. Carnarvon I hope will get a much needed boost if we get this.
