Why is it an injustice?....

These guys are usually good at what they do? and its one of the perks of capitalism, the ability to climb to the top and make yourself stinking rich.

I agree entirely regarding the perks of capitalism, however, can any company actually justify that amount of money as the salary for one person in a year?
Surely there are other people, either almost as well suited, or who could be trained to be as suitable, that they could pay WAY less and redirect the money to other people who actually do the work and also keep the company going?
