I used to do internal support for the consulting company I work for. However - two things has happened firstly our company grew in size and secondly I became very busy (with billable work). So our company is looking for a solution for this dilemma.

Does anybody know companies that provides IT support to the SMME market? Our requirements are as follows:
1) Provide on-site support both in throughout Gauteng & Cape Town for laptops running windows (all laptops have onsite hardware warranties).
2) Provide network support in Cape Town (very basic network)
3) Monitor a server running VIP Payroll and a few other apps (e.g. monitor back-ups etc.)
4) Must be BBBEE ( because we must be - requirement from our clients, and one chosen our pillars is BBBEE suppliers)


We have looked at Dial a Nerd business services (they seem to be in start-up mode for this at the moment). Are there any similar companies that anybody can recommend?

Hi There, i was forwarded this link by a colleague. I know of a company that would be able to provide this type of service.
