IT Supporter?

Not sure if this the right place for this thread, seemed as good a place as I good find....

Anybody recommend a biz or agency that can supply good IT support for temporary needs? Or know of somebody who can assist with temp IT support?
Basic Windows XP & network support, with some MS Office and preferably some Syspro knowledge?

Mainly as stand in to help the users with basic queries & problems, on site, when regular IT guy is offsite or indisposed.
Not rocket science specialised stuff... just to get the users going if they get stuck with something. (usually its just PEBKAC problems)
