RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an IT TEST MANAGER – position based in Pretoria.


QUALIFICATIONS
IT Diploma / BCom / BSc Degree is advantageous.
Basic Qualification - ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL).
Advanced Qualifications:-
- Test Management (ITIL/ITPM)
- Basics of Test Management
- Steering Model
- Role Model
- Test Plan & Project Phases
- Test Activities
- Testing Documents
- Risks
- Test Process Maturity
Optional Qualification - Special : ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level (CTAL)

EXPERIENCE
5-10 years working experience within IT Process Quality Management and Testing Management and Test Factory disciplines.
Test Lead working experience in a Project Organisation, Matrix Organisation managing Cross Functional Teams (Test Managers, Test Analysts, Testers).
Experience in the field of Testing with focus on:-
- Module Tests
- Module Integration Tests
- Subsystem Tests
- Subsystem Integration Tests
- Acceptance Tests
- Code Management


Salary offered: Negotiable
