I'm thinking, in order to make very sure that Sentech do not use mind-numbing doublespeak to cloud the issue (in either the Media or the ASA case) - having a report with simple easy-to-understand graphs etc from a verified Expert perspective, which would stand up in a court of law - could be a useful addition to any current and future legal moves at Sentech.

I can't remember any reports of Sentech actually sending an "expert" from their offices to do an on-site reality check if th complaints of extremely low speeds actually are true.
It would have been small fry for them to be able to respond to the IT web (and other) articles if the speeds were up to scratch.
If I remember correctly a certain Dr Potgieter actually admitted that there was a problem, but that it would have been solved many Mondays ago.

I doubt if Sentech would be able to deny the press reports now after failing to do so for weeks.
