Season opener done & dusted & too early to form a formative opinion but it is hitting all the marks for me.

High production design, super atmospheric, the ending was totally unexpected. A super messed up scene in the beginning sealed it for me.

That's all I'll say, consider me game for the next 7 weeks.
 
That first scene was disturbing and mildly funny but in a good way, Muscheitti sets the daunting atmosphere as the prequel to IT and expands on the lore of the town that is Derry.

After the awful schit show, all the way from Dune: Prophecy, TLoU Season 2 and the whatever-the-fsck that Alien series was supposed to be, its refreshing to watch something that is actually good, but its only one episode so far, I do hope the they keep it up.
 
Brilliant. I love it when my wife gets freaked out, does not happen often when it comes to movies or TV. The baby did it!

I am one boo away from her not being able to sleep tonight...

Hmmm and here I was expecting something to do with the IRA and Northern Ireland :laugh:
 
I would recommend refraining from preparing lunch or dinner before watching the show. I was having lunch when I switched it on.
