Even with this thread being super entertaining, I cannot see how anyone can support any of the companies on either side of the fence here, this public mud slinging kindergarden contest does not inspire any confidence

The good guy in this @ITworkup has at least been upfront and open with their comms and no one has in fact been scammed other than the ITworkup domain(and their premises to a degree) being essentially stolen going by what's been previously mentioned.

Where else can the guy defend himself other than on this thread and good for him standing up to a narcissist - they lurk in the shadows, it’s good to get these vampires out in the sun where we can all see their true colours.

I don't have a horse in this race so I just see it purely from a outside perspective, if a owner of a company wants to go on a forum throwing accusations around and calling the other guy names, that comes off as being seriously unprofessional in my opinion and just looks bad, I would much rather spend my money elsewhere, where there is no such drama evident to the public facing domain.

If I was in this position, a single, well structured and professional reply would have sufficed and then people can speculate from there, you wont ever keep everyone happy.

True it is probably not necessary to go to such levels of detail but I would imagine @ITworkup has been swamped by so much bs from this oke he just wants to get it all out there, to make some kind of record of events. It seems there's been a lot of gaslighting going on and it’s understandable that it would illicit this response to try combat that in some form.
It’s pretty soul destroying finding yourself on the receiving end of gaslighting when it was someone you previously trusted and now a venture you put a lot of money and effort into is taking a beating, I feel for @ITworkup .

Also, in the messages, he is lying about who proposed peace—he always lies. I have all the emails from the last two months where we politely offered solutions and tried to resolve everything peacefully countless times. However, talking to him is completely impossible—he simply doesn’t read what you write and always makes up some nonsense.

Over the past two months, three different people have tried to negotiate with him. No one has been able to reach an agreement, not even to get the domain back, even though absolutely all of his demands were met. Every single one.

And he has a lot of lawsuits. You can read more about it on the ITworkup Facebook page, where you’ll see how long it took his former partner to prove all his lies. Even more facts will be published on my blog.

What a coincidence that we sold you specifically the K1C 3D printer, and from your profile, it’s clear that you’re specifically interested in them and posting about them. And now you’re fiercely defending it. Could this really be just a coincidence?

Dude damage control can also be done in silence speak to your clients privatlley and insure them,. Write james off maybe i shouldnt comment on here as me but screen shots of convos be very careful what you sharing for all to see remember there is a thing called POPI for a reason.

The problem is that I'm not afraid of James, and all the people he has wronged have remained quiet and silent. That’s exactly his main goal. I warned him many times that if he shut down the domain and took everything I had, this would be the only option left for me. He said, "Go ahead, no problem." Well, I’m not afraid of him, and I will continue writing my full blog about him to protect others who might consider doing business with him—so they don’t have to endure even a fraction of what my family had to go through.

Not the time or place to do that, Looks like a legal issue you have there which you have to talk to your lawyers about not share conversations that can be argued in court for defamation etc.

your reviews on hellopeter suggest you the person claiming to own that site is not fufilling customer orders etc.

You had good presents in the field (i price match and your shop came under my radar a few times). but this is just making it worse. doesnt matter if you scared there is a way to do stuff and a way not to do stuff.

if my site is down for what ever reason i keep channels open for customers all orders etc as you said your site is financially secured. Then make it secure and fufill or refund those clients and maybe deal with local distributors cause looks like those guys screwed you big time.

After everything was shut down, we no longer have access to verify or assist with these matters. All funds are currently in their bank account. They can refund you immediately with just a few clicks.

IF you are not the legal owner of the site or business, walk way let the law decide on the registered owner.
Start over with your knowlege and on your own banks etc sounds like you were an employee etc..

Im not following to be honest id rather close this thread. i know i shouldnt through 2 cents not professional on my end but i was dead currious whats happening there cause this puts distrusts in the ecommerce sector.

Read the thread for a few pages back, don't pick up stompies and then make comments when you don't know what has gone down. You did the same thing on the SSS thread

I agree @ITworkup has the right to defend themself airborne but what I don’t agree with is that everyone is jumping on their side only without this James guy having said his piece. It’s like being in a relationship with a person and things ending. You will always be the bad person in someone’s story. With everything there is always two sides and we are only hearing the one side. I am not challenging what @ITworkup is saying as they have full right. What I am challenging is that all we are hearing is one side of the story with their facts that they are posting that could be considered hearsay and not the other side.

My side of the story would be it was intentional from you. The judge now asks you for your side and all you can say is I bumped into you and admitted at the accident scene. Do you have witnesses to back up that I said that? No. What would the outcome be seeing as I was there looking like I was dragged through hell and you were in perfect health?
