I get the point and trust me I'm listening.....i'll be switching over to a new ISP as of the new month.

I would still like to know whether it's par for the course/standard procedure for telkom to throttle P2P downloads between 6am and midnight on Saturdays and Sundays?

Their shaping policy is a bit up in the air, and people report all sorts of experiences. Some good, and others poor. You just never know with them.

Definitely not the best. Remember that those stats are on a 2Mb profile. They'll change significantly on a 10Mb profile on adsl2+.

Upstream is at the limit but on the downstream side there is huge potential for still higher speeds. Now we wait for VDSL to go live in my area...

It would be a shame if something happened to that exchange

So you want the ISP that offers the best service with a non existent AUP but you arnt willing to pay for it?

Just for the record, im on a 1Meg Business line from AH and im perfectly happy with it.
