Sup guys.

Sorry for my noob question and feel free to stone me if this is something obvious. I have searched the forum but couldn't get a answer.

I want to buy an album on iTunes. That part is easy enough. Will I only be able to play it then through iTunes? Is there any solution to get the songs on another platform?

I have an ipad mini that serves as my bedroom entertainment, this is the only apple device I have. I run linux at work so iTunes is not an option there.

So is there a way to do this or am I stuck with only listening to it on the ipad?

I've bought albums from iTunes before and it plays fine on my android phone as well as in Winamp.

so how do you get it to your other devices?

Copy + Paste? I believe Apple have dropped DRM from their songs or at least some of them. I converted some songs I bought on iTunes to mp3 and burnt them to an MP3 CD yesterday to play in my car.

Ok awesome. Didn't think it would be that easy. Thanks

No DRM on any music from iTunes, has been that way since 2009. Movies and TV Shows still have DRM, but even that has a work around.
