Hi guys

My wife has done something to her iTunes and I cannot get it back to where it was. She uses a Shuffle. Anyone tell me how to sort this out? This is what her iTunes looks like :( Everything else seems normal. Windows 7 Pro (updated). I even tried to uninstall/update/etc.... nada.

Anyone have a clue?

Remove iTunes Preference files
Some of the files that iTunes uses to store settings and preferences may be unusable and cause issues. iTunes has two folders where preferences are saved. Move one of them to the desktop and test to see if the issue persists. If it does, move it back and remove the second folder. The location for the two preference folders are:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes

Uninstall
Remove all remaining folders, including user related folders
Remove all remaining registry keys
Reboot
Reinstall latest version

Removed everything Apple. Did a registry cleanup. Installed a 2008 download of iTunes - yay, success at last. Installed the latest download again, and back to the original problem :confused:
Do I go back to the 2008 version and stay there?
