I've done it!

Nice one dude!

I just dinged to 31 (virgin toon), so I just got my robot chicken. Yeah I am a gnome (Go gnome or go home). Im just glad not to be walking anymore. I chose herbalism and skinning and am making a lot of loot (I sell everything I can on the AH). Ive already started saving to afford the really cool stuff. I dont really need to spend much of my money atm. Lvl 70-80 seems sooo far away.

Yep, that's the worst part of leveling :p And they don't make it easy by putting the quests closer to each other :p

nice money strat he told me,every 8 days at the agrent tounament thing he can buy a pet that sells for 1k at the ah, so he does it with 4 chars so he gets 4k each 8 days, and 300g x4 for dailies which is pretty nice ,but he spend almost the whole day doing dailies, because he aint multiboxing. i just mine away 1g per ore and then i still got titansteel to sell :)

but what new guy that started playing wow will have 600g for training at lvl 40? never mind about 1k at 60...

I think you misread the posts. Level 40 training is 50G and Level 60 training is 600G. I will admit that the 600G at level 60 might be a bit hard to reach if you're not actively grinding for gold, but the 50G should be easy to reach. I got about 40G on a char on a new server and that is at level 25.

if its your first character you wont know what you missing and so its no big deal. If its an alt, you probably can afford it.

I have just moved from a horde char to an alliance one on a different server. I am, however, faced with a small problem, all my gold and stuff is sitting on a horde character on an PVE server and I am levelling a Alliance character (to level 60) on a RP PVP server.

So right now I am leveling an alliance death knight on my PVE server after which I will spend a little time on the neutral AH moving everything from my horde character to my DK who will then transfer to the RP PVP server where she can then finance all the escapades of my level 18 mage as he progresses to level 80.

I know I could just buy the gold but this is slightly cheaper and less like cheating.

I think I may have lost my mind though.

150% flying would be great. the 60% atm is extremely frustrating! imo, i would rather just jump on my swift ground mount, unless i want to avoid a big concentration of mobs in an area or a dangerous cliff that would lead to certain death...

Gratz!

Well, Gratz and then this is about to happen in 3.2 ;)

Update 6/11: For a list of changes to class abilities that result in movement speed increases, as well as a list of the factions offering flight skill discounts, see below.
