You shouldn't have to change for people around you in the first place.

Just stay who you are and if they stay around for long enough, they should get to know you for who you are.

Its easier than you think. Just behave the way you want to instead of the way you do now.

Your new actions(or reactions to others actions) will first be met with disbelief and shock. But slowy their behaviour will adapt to your new behaviour.

Yes you should worry!!! If you don't stress about it all the time you might not have any friends and or a job a spouse and any family members that like you!!
