This morning while using apricot jam, I wondered what will they do about sugar tax. I mean coke got light and zero and original , and they even got sugar taste from beetroot. Will Jam makers carry on with "good" old sugar.

I didn't know that jam has added sugar. I thought the sugar was from the fruit it was made out of.

There are one or two pricier brands that don't, but the majority do add sugar, or perhaps corn syrup?

I had jam after a long time recently and the amount sugar crammed into it made it horrendous. It was the Spar Fig Jam

I may be wrong, but I think that at the present time, the law only applies to drinks with added sugar, not to other products.

OMW no the amount of sugar is insane, that includes the homemade version as well
