My kuga 1,5 ecoboost starts to jerk {that is what a mechanic calls it} after about 90km of driving. Some sometimes after 10 or 30 km is goes away. While cruising at 110, the car vibribates lightly, even the steering. When you leave the petrol pedal it goes away. I stopped at a dealer, he said he is thinking of a feul problem, but they are to busy to help me. He suggested they must connect the computer to the car, drive it till it starts to jerk and hopefully they will see the problem. Engine light does not come on. kilos =200 000. I was thinking of buying a bluetooth sensor to check faults myself, but you need one that can smell deep into the software.

I was hoping someone might spot what the problem might be.

That sounds like wheel balance.
When you go up a incline then the car start to shake, like spark plug misfire, etc, when you leave the pedal then immediately everything is smooth. But this come and goes, but only after about seventy kilometer. Was also thinking of tires, but they would shake all the time at a speed

It sounds like a coil failure, assuming the spark plugs are okay, mine was slugging at lower gears and all of a sudden it would spring and power would come in a massive shove that propelled the car forward.

It's just odd that it does not bring up an engine light, get a diagnostic scanner and see what you pick or take it to Bosch.

Spark plugs. My wife had this in her car, only for an expensive trip to the manufacturer's dealership (we serviced our out of warranty cars elsewhere) to tell us the sparkplugs fitted during the previous service were the incorrect size.
Never went back to that lot again. So check those if you haven't!

I had something similar but after changing sparkies, it did not go away. Then someone said check your bogey cables. Don't exclude that from your diagnostics.

Newer cars have eliminated the bogey cable problem, it's just primary voltage cables, not bogey cables, everything happens right at the spark plug, so if there are issues it's most likely the spark plug or coil.

You know, I have not looked under the hood in a really long time. And it shows.

Incorrect size or heat range?

And if you change up a gear?

I must say, only Ford stock the spark plug. And on the spark plug is written "Ford". I phoned just everyone, only Ford stock it. It is a thin very long spark plug.

What does your car manual say? The Spark plug type should be in there.
