Marketed as a steak braai sauce IIRC, but I use it on all meat.
I've found it at Checkers and Fruit and Veg in addition to PnP

Rosemary, italian herb and dried mint. Or you can just fsck the dry rub and drown it in more awesomeness.

hmmm i prefer it with a dry rub ... maybe just salt pepper and some garlic leave it in that
over night and 4 hours before the time drown it in J-sauce!

What a couple of my mates do is vacuum pack the meat in thick plastic with the sauce and chuck it on the grill for a few seconds each side still in the plastic. Watch that meat absorb the sauce. Drool o'raama! Oh, marinading cubed chicken fillets in Jimmy's over night makes for the most amazing kebabs evar!

For my 40th I'm going to get Spit Braai in.

They know me so well, I'm always the first guy in the queue, the middle of the queue, and the back of the queue, and then I return for some more and more.

My one job had these guys come in each month!
