Jimmy's Sauce

He will? :erm::confused:

I think I misquoted a line from "waiting for Godot"

Wiki for those too arrsed to understand
Waiting for Godot centers on a pair of vagrant men and their efforts to divert themselves while waiting, on a vague pretense, for the arrival of a man named Godot, whom they only know by reputation. To occupy the time they philosophize, sleep, argue, sing, exercise, swap hats, and consider suicide – anything "to hold the terrible silence at bay".

Braaied with Lappies (Rib Sauce) for a different event - again a winner with lots of compliments.
Can't decide between these two, also alternate between them

Braaied flame grilled steaks with lappies Spare rib sauce on Friday night and it was imo better than Jimmy's (not by much mind you).

On Saturday night I made burgers and busted the patties with the same sauce and for that I think Jimmy's would have come out tops.

I have here with me two mutton chops I braaied with Jimmy's sauce /drewls

I went out and bought a bottle of this Jimmy's sauce, tried it out last night on steak. It was very very average. I kept waiting for the tastiness that never came. Am I missing something?

I will try it one more time on chops before I decide to throw it out.

Tried it myself the other night on what promised to be an otherwise awesome rump steak and wasn't that impressed either. Pretty meh.

What did you try it on?

What type of braai was it? Steaks?

I honestly don't see what people are raving about. I suspect the bottle I brought is just gonna stand in the fridge and go off.

I've got a feeling Jimmy's sales figures just about doubled this month.

No, I fried the steaks on the stove. Is it only good on braai? The way people make it out to be, I thought it would even be good in cereal.

I also got the impression it would be good on anything and everything. Just as well I didn't have time to grab a bottle.

I hate when the world and it's neighbour raves about something then you try it and it's cr@p :D

You disgust me!

Not everyone can come home from work and whip up a random braai on a tuesday evening :p

I can mix something tastier with tomatoe sauce and whatever half empty bottles of condiments I have in the fridge.
